For those who can't commit to 12 weeks of structured training and have smaller goals to increase their fitness, build strength or lose weight etc. Tell me your fitness goals, and I'll customise you a program for 6 weeks. Remember, your 6 weeks goal has to be realistic as 6 weeks isn't long. If you're happy with the results at the end of the month, you may decide to upgrade to a 12 week plan for maximum results. DM me first in Instagram or message me through this site. 6 Program is one program only. The 12 Week Package is 3 different programs of 4-6 weeks each.
