1 Month Custom Fitness Program
For those who can't commit to 12 weeks of structured training and have smaller goals to increase their fitness, build strength or lose weight etc. Tell me what your fitness goals are and I'll customise you a single plan for 4-6 weeks. Remember your 4-6 weeks goal has to be ascertainable as 4-6 weeks isn't long. If you're happy with the results at the end of the month, you may decide to upgrade to a 12 week plan for maximum results.
