3 Month Custom Fitness Training Plan
Tell me your 12 week fitness goal and I'll design you a custom program to help you achieve those goals. Some examples could be: weightloss, weight gain, building muscle, increasing strength or increasing cardiovascular fitness. Your program will be run through an app for data tracking and ease of use. All exercises will have demos plus a built in timer. We will first chat to make sure your goals are specific and ascertainable and do a medical and general health questionnaire.
