Volume One - Home Isolation Program for Climbers
This program is for the climbers only. You must have a resistance band, a hangboard, and a floor mat.
It is adjustable for all fitness abilities. If you can't do pull-ups, make sure you have a few types of resistance bands.
The focus of the program is: strengthening fingers, strengthening core, explosive power, mobility, flexibility, general fitness and pulling power. The ideal length is 4-6 weeks.
There is a workout for all 7 days of the week. All complex movements have a video demo.
The zip file includes a PDF and Word Doc format of the program so you can fill in your notes. You also get a free Stretch Guide.
There is a custom version of the program availale should you want to incorporate weights or can't do certain exercises (pull ups etc).
