Volume One - Home Isolation Program for Climbers
This program is for the climbers only. You must have a resistance band, a hangboard, and a floor mat.
It is adjustable for all fitness abilities. If you can't do pull-ups, make sure you have a few types of resistance bands.
The focus of the program is: strengthening fingers, strengthening core, explosive power, mobility, flexibility, general fitness and pulling power. The ideal length is 4-6 weeks.&nb
