Abs With Anna Program
This program has 5 x 20-30 minute circuits designed to increase your core strength and build that 6pack!! The program is for any all abilities but has hints throughout explaining how to adjust the intensity. The program has video links throughout which will take you to demonstrations by Anna.
A stronger core will help you climb stronger due to increased body control and tension. To do all 5 workouts you will need a bar, a 5kg weight, a TRX or Olympic rings and a set of paralettes.
