3 Month Online Coaching/ Custom Programming

Tell me your 12 week goal and I'll take it from there!! I will customise a program to help you reach your training goals. We will first chat to make sure your goals are realistic and measurable. We will have to discuss any injury concerns, the environment you have available to train and the time you have to train. We will also discuss your training history. Training will be centred around bouldering with additional strength and conditioning for climbing. We will do 3 blocks of 4 weeks with the program progressively getting harder as you get stronger. You must have no injures and accept that training via the program is at your own risk. Price includes: -Online support for 3 months (response to all queries within 24 hours)-Email consultation -Fortnightly check ins -Program amendments by request-3 program progressions-Video technique analysis at request-Program video demos linked in and additional video demos at request-Warm up guide, stretch guide and footwork guide -3 month analysis and summary of your progression upon conclusion-Dietary analysis at request-12 week renewal for $250AUD
