A bouldering program designed specifically to increase endurance.
This program is adjustable to any grade and will cover on the wall resistance, muscular endurance and target finger and forearm endurance.
It would benefit any climber who feels that being pumped on the wall is letting them down or wants to train for longer routes indoors and outdoors.
There are 3 sessions per week each 1.5-2 hours long.
This program runs for 4-6 weeks (per level. There are 3 levels to chose from or you can work your way through each level (volume and intensity increases).
This program is on my app for ease of use, with all conditioning added.
