This Bundle contains the 12 Week Full Body Strength and Conditioning Program with the Home Workout Program! 


The 12-Week Strength and Conditioning Program is 12 weeks of continuous conditioning in a weights gym (3 sessions per week) tailored to all levels of fitness and strength and is NOT climbing-specific but will be great for climbers antagonist training and general fitness. 


The Home Workout Program is all home-based workouts, so you could do 3 workouts from the gym and 2 from home without sacrificing strength!
