Hangboard and Pullup Program- Advanced Version (7 Weeks)
THIS IS AN ADVANCED ONLY PROGRAM.
Want to get stronger fingers and better pulling power? Want to work towards one arm lock-offs, pull ups, single hangs? This progam is for you!
-You should be climbing V5+ to use this program and have been hangboarding for a year.
-You must be able to do 10 bodyweight pullups and hold a 12mm edge with two hands, unassisted.
-You will need a hangboard, pull up bar, resistance bands, weights, a harness or weight belt and pulley system.
- There are 3 hangboard sessions and 2 pulling sessions in this program.
- Suggested warm ups are programmed
- This program involves testing in week 1 and 7 and 5 training weeks.
- Any hangboard can be uses as long as it has: jugs, 12-18mm edges, 18-24mm edges, pockets and slopers
