Power Program

A bouldering program specifically designed to increase power on the wall.

 

This program is adjustable to any level of climbing and will cover power endurance, muscular power and finger power. There are 3 levels provided for.

 

It would benefit any climber who feels that their maximum power could be improved or that their power is a limiting factor.

 

There are 3 primary sessions per week each 1.5-2 hours long. There is also an additional 2 suggested conditioning days: upper body explosive power from my app program section and lower body explosive power from my app workout section.

 

You must be carrying NO INJURIES at all. If you are, do not complete this program. I am in no way accountable for any injuries you sustain performing this program and by buying this you accept those terms. Anna xx
